Grecian Coco Mat

I've shared my bedroom misery with you all before: tired old bedding that needed refreshing, our lack of boudoir decor - the works. Our bedroom's saving grace is that we have a lovely organic bed that we got as a housewarming gift from my mother (thanks again!). But now it's time to re-invest in new pillows. This was brought to my attention when we had a good friend stay at our house not long ago and I was forced to face the fact that we have some tired old pillows that need to be "put to sleep" and not shared with dear friends.

Coco-Mat is a Greek company, and they use only natural materials such as linen, rubber, coco fibers, cotton, goose-down and even horsehair (humanely) in their production. By far they are one of the most stylish and eco-friendly companies that produce some unique and beautiful items for your living and bedroom. Case in point: Coco-Mat's amazing selection of pillows, one of which is full of rubber flakes which sounds just perfect for my need for a firm place to rest my head. Although Coco-Mat's things are not Ikea-style cheap, they are a sound investment that will easily pass down through the generations. So even if you can't afford a Coco-Mat bed or mattress, you can get a piece of Greek island heaven by investing in a natural fiber pillow!
